ICED COFFEE

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons (30ml) condensed milk

2 tablespoons (10g) ground coffee

1 Vietnamese coffee filter

1 cup of boiling water

Ice

Instructions:

1. Place condensed milk into cup.
2. Place coffee powder into filter.
3. Tamp down slowly.
4. Pour 20ml of boiling water into filter and once you see the first drip then add more boiling water in till it is almost to the top of the filter.
5. Wait for about 2 minutes and the strong coffee will be filter into cup.
6. Stir, add ice and enjoy your cup of Ca Phe Sua Da!
